A Few New Pics!

Cuddling with her pal, Cookie Monster!

Fast alseep after her bottle...her cheeks weigh her entire face down! :)

Holding her bottle like a big girl! I love that we can now see her hair line in this picture. Her hair is really starting to grow and it's becoming a lot more noticeable. ;)

I can't resist those big brown/blue eyes!

That's all for now!

Hi there,

Sorry it has been a little while since my last post. Things are going well here. Life is good and busy. Elise is doing great and has recently found her voice, screeching in delight for no apparent reason all throughout the day. It's very endearing, actually. It's a sign that Elise is SO happy and loving life...and that she will be a little chatter-box when she starts talking. :) It's so amazing to see the personality that she's already forming at 5 1/2 months old! Here are some new pictures for you...she's growing and changing so much everyday!!

Almost too big for her little bath tub!

What can I say, I LOVE playing dress-up with Elise!

Looking Oh So Sophisticated!

Our little "strawberry shortcake!"

In other news, my sister got a new puppy. She's so precious, so I had to give her a little love on our blog!!

That's all for now!

5 months old!

Hi and Happy Wednesday!

All is well here in parent-land! Elise turned 5 months old this past Monday. She is getting to be such a big girl! She is rolling over, and over and over...it's hilarious! I actually caught it on video so I promise to figure out how to post it for all of you faithful readers! :) There's nothing else really new and exciting to report but here are a few new pictures!

Enjoying the warm weather!

Rosy cheeks...you can tell she is teething!!

Working on her hand-eye coordination...she reaches for her soccer ball now!

Our little athlete...imitating Michael Jordan with the little tongue...I love it!

18 weeks old!

Elise is officially 18 weeks old!!! This is such a fun age because she's so playful and interactive, plus she can hold her head up now, which makes things so much easier! She is growing and developing, and learning something new every single day...it truly is so neat to see the transformation.

Here's our sweet pea in her jumperoo, her new favorite toy!

There is something else has really captivated Elise...so much so that I couldn't even get her to look at the camera for me. It's those Baby Einstein Movies...it's crazy how much Elise LOVES watching them. We definitely don't want to have a little couch potato on our hands, so we limit the amount of time she watches them, otherwise I think she'd sit in her Boppy ALL DAY just staring at the TV!!!

Here are a few more pictures for you:

Update

Hi everyone,

I thought I would write a quick post to give an update. Elise has taken to her cereal really well and is now eating it twice a day, once at breakfast and again at dinner. She even opens her little mouth waiting for me to spoon the cereal in...it's the cutest thing. I think we're going to introduce bananas to Elise in a few days so hopefully she likes it as much as the cereal. I am just in complete awe of how fast she is growing. She is becoming such a big girl SO fast. She really is so much fun and is getting more and more interactive everyday. She started sleeping in her crib two Mondays ago and she's doing great! Prior to that, she was sleeping in her pack n play in our bedroom, so I am really proud of her. I thought she was going to be sad leaving us in our bedroom, I was obviously wrong! :)

Here are some new pictures for you...

Sporting her new shades!

Wearing her hat...doesn't she look like the Chiquita Banana woman?

We hope you are all doing well!
Check back soon.

Kim
