New Pics!

There's not much new happening with us, so instead of a lot of writing I've included some pictures that I hope you'll enjoy! Elise will be 11 months old on Saturday, which is crazy to me. I can't believe that in a month we'll have a 1 year old!!!! Time flies when you're having fun! ;)

Sitting pretty!

Getting ready for a walk with grandma!

She won't go anywhere without her blanket lately! :)

Mid-Week Update!

This week has been gone awfully slow - I don't know if it's the constant rain or what the deal is! Thankfully Elise has kept us busy and entertained. She has been teething like crazy and just the other day we noticed another tooth (on the bottom) pop up. She now has 8 teeth and I have a feeling the next round will be her molars. She definitely does not deal with teething well so I can only imagine how she will react when it's time for those molars. YIKES!

She has started saying "uh oh" when she drops something, spits out her pacifer or throws her sippy cup. :) It's pretty cute - even when she drops something intentionally OVER and OVER again! My mom has taught her to lift her arms up when someone asks her, "how big is Elise?" I'm not sure she really understands what she's doing but it's cute nonetheless. It amazes me how much she is learning every day!

In this picture you can see her teeth:

Getting used to using a spoon at meal-time:

Trying her favorite hat on once more before she grows out of it!

Looks like she's re-arranging her furniture!

Still can't tell what color her eyes will be - brown or blue?!

TTFN!

Labor Day 2009!

We had a great Labor Day weekend that was jam-packed with activities. We've gotten really good at taking Elise with us pretty much everywhere and now that she's already 10 months old, she enjoys being out and busy too! Saturday afternoon was our usual Gymboree class. I think Elise is ready for level 3 so I brought the camera since it was her last level 2 class. :)

That night, my parents took us to the Braves game. I was a litte nervous about how Elise would do and how long she would last, but she did well and really enjoyed people-watching!

The weather was beautiful the entire weekend so we decided to take a trip to Stone Mountain on Monday. I had only been there once before and this was Greg & Elise's first trip.

Here's Elise at the candy store. :)

We took a ride on the Scenic Railroad which Elise LOVED!

We also took a ride on the Scarlett O'Hara boat.

We hope you all enjoyed the holiday weekend as much as we did!

The Pattees
